Manufacturing & Production
Solar Module Assembly Technician
Operate and maintain automated production lines for PERC/TopCon modules.
Equipment Maintenance Technician
Ensure production equipment remains in optimal condition through regular servicing and troubleshooting.
Quality Control Inspector
Inspect incoming materials and finished products to meet rigorous industry and company standards.
Process Operator
Manage process flow and performance in areas such as lamination, tabbing, stringing, and cell lay-up.
Logistics & Materials
Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Handle materials, finished goods, and inventory in our warehouse and distribution centers.
Inventory Control Specialist
Track and manage raw materials and finished goods using ERP and warehouse management systems.
Facilities & Safety
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician
Support facility compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards and drive continuous safety improvements.
Facilities Maintenance Crew
Assist in general upkeep, HVAC, lighting, and facility-wide repairs.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED (some positions may require additional training or certifications)
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings is a plus
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability
Passion for sustainable energy and American manufacturing
